PreliminaryEpping was chosen as a strategic location for a commercial precinct due to its connection to arterial roads.
DesignThe business park was planned to accommodate a range of business types, with warehouses and offices complete with kitchenettes, security alarm systems and energy-efficient design principles.
BuildOzcan managed the build of Graystone Hub, which was completed in 2021. It is a flagship demonstration of the company's ability to manage multi-building developments for a range of purposes.
